UltraShear Makes CBD, THC, Pharmaceuticals, Cosmetics and Nutraceuticals Work Much Faster and Much Better

PRESSURE BIOSCIENCES ANNOUNCES TECHNOLOGY TO MAKE CBD, THC, AND MANY PHARMACEUTICALS, COSMETICS, AND NUTRACEUTICALS WORK MUCH FASTER AND BETTER

  • Oil based products containing active ingredients to treat a wide spectrum of indications are common and often costly ingredients of CBD, THC, pharma, cosmetics and nutraceuticals

  • All the oils in all these products that contain the active ingredients naturally occur only in large drops that are difficult for the human body to absorb the active ingredients within the oil. Typically, only 5% of oils delivered to the human body are absorbed while close to 95% is unused and rejected as waste

  • Pressure BioSciences announced their UltraShear device dramatically reduces the size of the oil drops that contain the active ingredients to nano sized droplets which allows the body to absorb 4 to 5 times more of the active ingredients than conventional oil drops, and do it much faster.  Testing has shown this nano sized droplet can make an active ingredient far more bioavailable and work in 5 minutes versus 40 minutes.

  • UltraShear also enables CBD, THC, pharma, cosmetics and nutraceutical companies to cut costs by reducing the amount of active ingredients in their products by at least one-half and with the potential to increase sales and prices due to greater and faster efficacy

  • Shares of Pressure BioSciences, Inc., (PBIO: OTCQB) are selling at $.45 with a market cap of about $10 million

This report is about a little-known microcap, Pressure BioSciences, Inc. (PBIO: OTCQB) that is about to make the sales of billions of dollars of blockbuster products cheaper to make and at the same time make them work a lot better and a lot faster than the competition. Companies that are first to adopt Pressure BioSciences new UltraShear technology could claim insurmountable advantages over the competition. Their costs could be lower, and their products could work better and faster.  Imagine what could happen to the sales of any company that promoted the message that their products worked far better and far faster than the competition.

Oil Based Products Are Prevalent and Haven’t Changed in Centuries

Oil based products with various active ingredients are prevalent in large industries such as, CBD, THC, Pharmaceuticals, Cosmetics and Nutraceuticals.  Combined, these industries move over a trillion dollars per year in products and oils are commonly used ingredients that make up a large part of these sales.

For centuries, oil could only be separated into its smallest unit called a drop or a droplet.  Because these drops are relatively large compared to molecules, the active ingredients within the oil do not absorb well into the human body.  It is known that only approximately 5% of oil that is delivered to the human body is absorbed while about 95% is not absorbed and is excreted as waste.

Pressure BioSciences Makes Oil Droplets So Tiny You Can’t See Them

What if there was a way to shrink the size of an oil drop down to the size of a nanoparticle?

This is precisely what Pressure BioSciences UltraShear device does.  It shrinks oil drops down to extremely tiny nanosized droplets that are close to the size of a wavelength of light.  And they remain stable and stay tiny for long durations.  A recent study showed that these nanosized droplets that carry the same identical active ingredients absorb into the human body at least 4 times more efficiently than traditional oil drops.  And they absorb far more rapidly.  Tests with THC have demonstrated that when the oil drop carrying the active ingredient of THC is reduced in size through the UltraShear device, the drug works in 5 minutes rather than the typical 40 minutes when ingested orally. And since more of the active ingredient is absorbed, less is required to produce the same effect.

The company recently announced, “Peer-Reviewed Scientific Study Independently Confirms Pressure BioSciences’ UltraShear Nanoemulsion Platform Vastly Outperforms Current Technologies, Delivering CBD with Unprecedented Speed, Efficiency, Reliability, and Bioavailability”.  The study "Absorption and Bioavailability of Novel UltraShear Nanoemulsion of Cannabidiol in Rats" was published on November 7, 2023 in the peer-reviewed journal Medical Cannabis and Cannabinoids.

Dr. Mahmoud A. ElSohly, a globally-renowned cannabis/natural products researcher of ElSohly Laboratories, Inc., said, “PBIO's UltraShearTM nanoemulsified CBD achieved unparalleled efficiency of oral-GI CBD absorption and systemic bioavailability of active CBD. Our team was surprised by the results of the oral-GI ingestion of UltraShear Nano CBD, with blood levels detected and rising so quickly that it looked almost like instant absorption! It completely eclipsed by at least 4X the current widely-reported CBD bioavailability of approximately 6%."

How Valuable Is UltraShear?

This concept of nanosized oil droplets is not well known but the science strongly suggests an exceptionally high value for its owner and early industry adopters.  If a multi-billion-dollar company making and selling CBD, THC, Pharmaceuticals, Nutraceuticals or Cosmetics, learned that they could quickly gain enormous advantages over their competition, would they allow their competitor to beat them to market with it? . . . or would they try to lock it up for themselves as long as possible?  Big sales of hundreds of products are at stake and it should not take too long for substantial partnerships to begin unfolding.

Conclusion

The UltraShear Platform could potentially enjoy enormous success in many markets, including pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, cosmetics, CBD, THC, inks, paints, and more.  One outstanding factor is that while most new and disruptive technologies require a long time to gain industry adoption, UltraShear may find exactly the opposite because every potential user will want to be first so they can leap ahead of their competition. Investors searching for opportunities are encouraged to look at Pressure BioSciences and their UltraShear Platform that is currently being developed for commercialization.  Shares are trading at about $.45 with a market cap of about $10 million.
