Half Penny Per Share CBNT Owns Bullet-Resistant Nanotechnology; IP Portfolio Valued at $33M

  • With mass shootings on the rise, schools, government buildings and many others are scrambling for bullet-resistant glass

  • Conventional bulletproof glass is not an ideal solution because it is far too expensive and cumbersome. It is thick, heavy, dark, and difficult to install

  • CBNT affordable nanotechnology  can make ordinary window glass stop bullets from an AK-47 or AR-15.  CBNT nanotechnology strengthens glass and could be a big gamechanger

  • CBNT trades at close to one-half penny and has a total market cap of only about $1.8 million

School shootings have been prominent in the news and recently FOX news covered a demonstration of CBNT’s nanotechnology glass treatment that makes ordinary window glass so strong that even an AK-47 or an AR-15 cannot pierce it.

Several demonstrations and information covered on the company web site and coverage by Green Planet Microcaps provide compelling reasons for investors to take a close look at C-Bond Systems (CBNT – OTC). C-Bond Systems developed valuable nanotechnology.

C-Bond Systems’ technology is already proving itself by making window glass so strong that it can stop a bullet from an AK-47 or an AR-15.  And it allows for one-way shootingmeaning that the children inside a classroom could be safe from a shooter’s bullets, but an armed security guard inside the school could successfully shoot back at the shooter.

The feature of bullet-resistant glass is amazing, but with the one-way protection just imagine the implications for military and police uses.  C-Bond Systems’ glass treatment could be a gamechanger for security and safety for an enormous number of potential users.

The Texas Education Agency (“TEA”) put forth a proposal requiring the installation of security window film, fencing, or walls at all Texas schools. More information about the TEA’s proposal can be found in this article in Window Film Magazine. Further, in October 2022, the State of Texas Legislative Budget Board approved $400 million in funding to help school districts replace or improve windows, doors, fencing, and other safety measures.

Recently, C-Bond Systems announced that its Patriot Glass Solutions division received a notice of award to install C-Bond Secure, a patented security film system, at another Texas school district, which is adjacent to Uvalde, TX.  With the potential gamechanger in hand that the world is looking for, C-Bond Systems could experience larger than expected buy orders that management and shareholders would find very gratifying.

C-Bond’s glass treatment also works for auto glass to make windshields damage resistant to road gravel and rocks.

C-Bond Systems uses powerful proprietary nanotechnology that strengthens brittle materials.  The largest markets in brittle materials are concrete and glass.  The glass industry reported sales of $265 billion in 2022 and the concrete industry reported sales of about $792.2 billion in 2021.

Conclusion

C-Bond Systems’ nanotechnology could be a gamechanger in the $265 billion glass market and could see sales ramping up to record levels in the near term and long term.  There do not appear to be any competitive offerings in the market that can deliver bullet stopping results at affordable prices and with relative ease of installation.  C-Bond Systems has a very small market cap of about $2 million and shares are trading just under one-half of a cent.
